The Dress Code has changed slightly on a Monday so you can now wear VERY SMART DENIM - Gents Collared shirts required NO T Shirts or Trainers **** OPEN ON MONDAYS  16th and 30th August * 13th and 27th September * 11th and 25th October * 8th and 22nd November * 6th and 20th December (OUR BIG CHRISTMAS PARTY) THEN 17th and 31st January 2011 and so on.... The David Lloyd in Raynes Park IS NOT OPEN in  August as previously advertised.... back from September 17th and The Third Friday of EVERY MONTH. We are now in our 35th year.... and we are all still so YOUNG - over these years 1000's have met up and made good friends just by being sociable.  The Seabank in Porthcawl is now OPEN ALTERNATE SUNDAYS....
